Alderney Speed Weekend

Sarah Gaudion had a fabulous weekend at Alderney taking records and making Channel Island history, in her 1600cc OMS CF08.

She reset her own 2011 ladies record at the sprint meeting  from 18.11 to 17.38 seconds. At the hillclimb Sarah broke the Ladies Hill Record which she was again the holder of, taking it from 25.90 down to 24.95 seconds.

In the class runs at the hillclimb Sarah also took the class record. This is believed to be the first time a woman has ever held a class record in the history of Channel Islands Motorsport.

Sarah was overjoyed with her success and to crown off the weekend she was awarded a trophy for the best driver of the weekend.

Congratulations Sarah.
